Performance characteristics

The boom adopts an "R"-shaped three-section folding arm, which can achieve 360° full rotation and complete the pitching, extending, and folding movements of the boom at the same time. It can achieve all-round pouring of the three-dimensional space within the length of the boom without pouring. It can conveniently realize concrete pouring of vertical structures such as walls, pipes, columns, piles, etc.
The expansion, folding, pitching, and rotation of the boom are all driven by hydraulics, and the entire machine is controlled through wireless remote control. The double-layer wear-resistant conveying pipe extends the service life, and the concrete conveying volume can reach 30,000 to 60,000 cubic meters.
The structure is compact and can be hoisted and moved, and does not require fixation during use. It can be lifted to a suitable pouring location by using lifting equipment as needed, and can be placed on the floor, platform, simple rack or trailer, which has great flexibility and maneuverability. In addition, it can be lifted away from the construction area when not in use, which does not affect other processes and is easy to maintain. It is not affected by the size and shape of the construction layer and can adapt to the needs of various construction floors and complex construction sites.
